Hey BHS!! My name is Kaelynn Keller, and I am a senior writer for Brandon High School’s Print Journalism. This school year has marked my first and, sadly, my final year in Print. Though I’ve been here a short time, I have learned many lessons and formed bonds with those with whom I don’t often get to be in the same space. I joined because I like to write, especially on topics that need light to radiate in recognition. While in high school, I had the opportunity to be a part of the SADD/SAVE Club, Multicultural Club, Theatre, Acapella, BETA, and, of course, Print! I plan to attend Jackson State University in the fall for college and major in business and music since I write my own music! Two fun facts about me are that I play guitar and add lemon juice to my ice cream- wait to knock it until you try it! In my five years at Brandon, the most memorable things I will take with me are the friendships, group discussions that formulated lessons on life situations, and the memories in Print. Brandon High School has been intriguing and enticing, but for me, it is time to titivate and start the next chapter.
