On November 4, 2023, the Brandon High School Cross Country attended the State Championship at the Cross Country Course at Choctaw Trails. The team worked hard for this day; overall, the boys got 11th place, and the girls earned 15th place in the whole state.
Also, on November 11, Our Cross Country team had seven boys who qualified for the Southeastern Cross Country All-Star Race: Jacob Armstrong, Thomas Beck, Carter Biswell, Taylor Lindsey, Clay Phillips, Rowen Powell, and Asher Purvisnce. Four girls also qualified: Aurora Latimer, Madalynn Pitts, Addison West, and Victoria Jones. In addition, Clayton Phillips, a senior, got special recognition for placing 6th place overall. They all put their blood, sweat, and tears into this, and we are so proud of our Cross Country team!
