ANNOUNCEMENTS
- The Peer Tutoring Program will open Monday, September 9th. Request a tutor today by visiting the tutoring web page on the BHS website under resources, or email Mrs. Candice Lee for long term tutoring. Permanent schedule can be found on website as well.
- There will be a Science Olympiad interest meeting Tuesday morning, 9/10 at 7:50 in room 235, Mrs. D. Smith’s room. If you are curious about what and how we compete in Science Olympiad, come on by and check us out!
- Health Science Academy is hosting a Band-aid Drive to benefit the Children’s of Mississippi Cancer Clinics. Please donate colorful print, character, and/or sports themed band-aids to any health science teacher! Service hours will be awarded.
- Students, please check the asset sticker on the back of your computer. If the number begins with 22, please bring it to the tech room asap. This does not apply to loaner computers, only student computers.
- Students planning to take the ACT this Saturday 9/14, are reminded to bring their photo ID and their own calculator. Doors will open at 7:50 and testing will begin at 8:00.
- Student Council is sponsoring the Homecoming Dance Friday, September 20th from. If you would like to bring a date from a school other than BHS, you will need to get a date request form from the Administrative Office and submit it to determine approval.
- Students who are using a loaner must check it out before going to class. Also, all loaners must be returned at the end of the day or you will forfeit the use of a loaner.
