Hey, dawgs! I want to present our new BHS Tutoring Program. Sponsored by Mrs. Lee, Mrs. Shaw, and Mr. Kettler, this unique program allows students to assist struggling peers in better understanding what they are currently learning. While student-led, the program will also have teachers on standby to answer questions and provide input from an educator’s perspective. The program’s initial goal is to hold classes in the morning and afternoon.

Eventually, the program will turn into something for students to attend at any time throughout the day. Students can enroll in a tutoring session via Swift email. The program is eager for more peer tutors to join as well. In September, students will receive an email inviting them to sign up, so keep an eye out! Although the Tutoring Program is still mainly in the planning stages, anyone willing to commit time, particularly teachers, is encouraged to participate in our BHS Tutoring Program!
