• Beginning September 8th, the Learners Connect Tutoring Program will begin in the library. We will be open Tuesday & Thursday for 0 block, during the day all blocks except 5th, after school from 3:45-4:45 Monday-Thursday. You can sign up now from an email Mrs.Lee is sending out this morning for one on one help, or just come by. Walk ins are welcome. Also, be on the look out for videos on how to navigate our website.
• Any student bringing a non-BHS current student to the Homecoming dance must submit a completed Dance Request Form to the Administration Office by September 22. Forms are available in the Administration Office.
• If you are interested in computer science, cybersecurity, or computer networking after graduation, you have an opportunity to earn cybersecurity and AI certifications while you are in school. Our Career Coach, Mrs. Lewis, sent an email to each grade with an invitation to join a Computer Certification Class. It is free, all online, and something you can do at your own pace. Please respond to her email by MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH if you are interested! Monday, September 8th is the last day to sign up!
• Support Girls Basketball by ordering “Pop out and show em!” gear through the link on the team’s Facebook page. The last date to order is Tuesday, September 16.
• Students who are taking the ACT this Saturday are reminded that the doors will open at 7:50 and testing will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. NO cellphones or backpacks are permitted in the testing facility. NO calculators will be provided, make sure to bring your own.
