Passion Conference is a Christian organization that was founded by Louie, Shelley Giglio, and Chris Tomlin in 1997. It’s rooted in the confession of Isaiah 26:8- “Yes, LORD, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.” The organization’s mission is to glorify God by building up the next generation of leaders. This is exactly what happened this January in Atlanta, Georgia. Passion 2025 was held in State Farm Arena for over a week, during which thousands of young adults, between the ages of 18 and 25, gathered together for three life-changing days centered around worship, teaching, and community.
Passion 2025 was created with the same mission that has driven the organization since its creation in 1997: to unite college students for a spiritual awakening in this generation. The conference sought to challenge and encourage attendees to grow in their faith and make a difference in their communities and the world. Renowned speakers, Louie and Shelley Giglio, Sadie Robertson Huff and Christian Huff, Levi Lusko and many more took the stage to impart their wisdom and inspire attendees. Through sharing messages about living a life that glorifies God in spite of the world and sharing stories of redemption, thousands of teenagers met and experienced the perfect love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
As always, music played a significant role in this conference. The Passion worship band, led by Chris Tomlin, created an atmosphere of powerful worship, with a mix of their well-known songs and new music from their latest album. One of the most remarkable aspects of Passion 2025 was the sense of community that filled the arena. Attendees formed new friendships, strengthened old ones, and were united by their shared love for Jesus.
Overall, Passion 2025 was an unforgettable experience that left a lasting impact on the thousands of young adults who attended. The event provided a platform for spiritual growth, worship, and community, all while inspiring attendees to pursue a life that glorifies God and serves others. This annual event is a movement of the Holy Spirit lighting a flame of faith in the next generation.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”- Matthew 28:19-20
