Hey! My name is Zachary Perkins, and I am currently in my second year in the BHS Newspaper. I’m in my first year as an Editor! Beginning High School from a screen did not stop me from meeting many excellent teachers and students here. I will for sure miss Brandon High School. Still, I will not miss being a Bulldog as I will continue my education as a Geosciences/Broadcast Meteorology major at Mississippi State University this fall. I just want to give a special thanks to Mrs. Elkins over the past three years for giving me the opportunity to join this class, and believing in everything I can do as a writer, prior and current to Journalism. Some advice for underclassmen is to live every day like yesterday wasn’t a day, be smart with your decisions, and trust your gut!
